Chanting connects us to our authentic voice. Authenticity, relevancy, and camaraderie are what we look for in all aspects of our lives, including business.
We want to feel at ease, in control, and flexible. Over the years, during my sessions, people have exclaimed that they feel more relaxed, calm and joyful after they chant and report that their well being greatly improves.
The roots of chanting are ancient. In fact, they are 'primordial. The Sanskrit syllables that are sung have been reverberating within us since the beginning of time, and exemplify an extraordinarily resonant in meaning. Each word, syllable and letter comprising the word, suggest multiple interpretations and create a resonant matrix of Consciousness. Meditators have tapped into these sacred sounds centuries ago. They actually began to vocalize outwardly what they were hearing on the inside [while in deep states of meditation]. This allowed them to return over and over again to a space of exuberance and everlasting vitality and peace.
Chanting is definitely the most effective and profound key in connecting to that voice within that I have had the good fortune to discover. This practice is not to be confused with religion or religious practices. Although spiritual in its original essence you do not have to practice any specific tradition to benefit from chanting.
These sacred syllables existed way before religions were even created. In fact chanting is our birthright as it belongs inherently to us all!
Just because this practice is ancient does not exclude it from being relevant today! With the overabundance and speed of technology and telecommunications, we have lost the natural connection to the core of who we truly are. What we tap into here is the inner voice resonating inside us as our very own SELF.
I have had the pleasure of taking this practice into leading multi-nationals including M+C SAATCHI, CISCO, ING BANK, HALFORDS, THORNTONS, NHS and DEUTSCHE BANK.
The results have been extraordinary with a positive shift that they remember with great joy and laughter.
With great respect,
