Chemistry at Work

'Chemistry at Work' is a profoundly effective vocal experience that can, within minutes create an extraordinary shift of energy that uplifts and transforms the energy of a conference or a team building session.
Slade demonstrates in her workshops, conferences and one-on-one sessions, how by connecting to one's 'core sound' and expressing it through voice and movement, individuals and groups are able to tap into and raise their energetic vibration. This vibration triggers the release of tension and stress, and participants begin to connect with their essential energy of SELF . . . that is free. Chemistry At Work

When a whole team taps into that space together, the unity that is experienced from the collective sound is mind boggling and very often, life transforming. As participants move through the exercises to free their inner voice, exuberance occurs, confidence surfaces and a sense of liberation arises that transcends the critical mind. Energy levels are boosted and relationships become more harmonious. People begin to work together with a foundation of relatedness, leading to greater harmony. The company's morale and productivity reach new levels, and the MO for the companies 'bottom line' takes on a whole new meaning

One only has to witness the shift in the players at a football game when the crowd is chanting behind them to see what the human voice can achieve when aligned and united!

Break Line

"As creative director of M&C Saatchi I am always looking to inspire people in the agency in new ways. I decided to get Nikki Slade in and do a session with some of them. I picked around 35 people for the workshop but didn't tell any of them what to expect. On the chosen day, I smuggled Nikki and her assistant into the boardroom, complete with a drum kit and accordion.

The expectant bunch, including creative's, account handlers, and planners lined up outside. At precisely 11 am I opened the door to reveal all. There were a few gasps as everyone entered, probably a mixture of fear, excitement, nervousness and anticipation. 10 minutes in though, everyone had thrown their inhibitions to the wind and were stamping and dancing, rolling and laughing. 60 minutes later, 35 very different people walked out of that room. Every single person who experienced that session still talk about it as one of the most energizing things they have done. There was a fantastic release of stress, pressure and fear of having to get it right all the time. We'll definitely be doing more."
